Standard sizes
Unworn items in original condition can be exchanged for another size or returned for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Made-to-measure and custom pieces
These are made only for you, so they cannot be returned. If the fit is not right, we will alter or remake it based on your feedback.
Faulty or incorrect items
Send us photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
